A big celebration of commerce at distillery
Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery will host the celebration Perthshire Chamber of Commerce is to host an evening for fine locally sourced food accompanied by a“taste of Dewar’s”at their summer celebration.
The celebration will take place at Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery from 6.30pm until 9pm on Thursday, August 30.
Guests will be taken into the auditorium at 7pm and through to the whisky lounge where there will be the opportunity for informal networking over drinks.
A statement on behalf of the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce said: “From 7.30pm onwards, we will split into two smaller groups and one will go first for a delicious whisky and chocolate tasting experience over in the warehouse and secret bar.
“This involves a tasting tray of three fine Scotch whiskies, each expertly matched with an artisan single origin dark chocolate disc which makes for a luxurious tasting experience not to be missed.
“The opposite group will enjoy a delicious hot buffet with wine and then the groups will swap round but there will be plenty of lovely food and drink available throughout the evening.
“We hope you can join us for an evening with a difference, in a stunning location steeped in history.”
A free coach will depart from Mill Street in Perth at 5.30pm.
The evening will draw to a close at 9pm and the return coach will depart for Perth.
