Ryan in second position
Nine members of Perth Road Runners tackled the Touch of Tartan Half Marathon.
Starting at Perth Airport, the scenic route brought runners to a finish at the North Inch.
Duncan Ryan stormed home to clinch first veteran and second overall in a time of 1:21.23.
He was followed by Brian Galletly his first race of the year - in 1:34.27, which secured him fifth in the super veteran category.
Stewart Reid clocked 1:37.46, Gillian Edwards 1:48.24, Barry Campbell 1:49.43, Garry Marshall 1:50.11 and Kristen Allcoat 1:53.34.
Fourth over-60 runner was Perth member Kenneth Stewart in 1:56.48 while Caroline Duffin finished the test in 2:06.31.
Kate Marshall took part in the untimed 5k event on the same day.
Seven Road Runners competed in the challenging Run Mhor Marathon.
Kevin Rogers was second overall in 3:09.19 and Eddie Torrie was fourth with a time of 3:19.02.
Gillian Smith, representing the club’s women, posted 4:28.02.
Taking on the marathon as a relay team were husband and wife Garry and Kate Marshall, who together finished in 4:34.37.
Fiona Morrison and Robin Wombill also finished the relay in 5:57.30.
Peter Ritchie ran the 10-mile Abernethy Games race at Nethy Bridge in 1:35.20.
Simon Grieshaber continued his personal challenge of achieving his Gold Standards by securing a time of 1:31.40 at the Haddington Half Marathon.
Elsewhere, Kevin Riddell and Gillian Edwards ran the Graham Clark Memorial Race at Knockhill.
Kevin finished 12th overall in 21:37 and Gillian crossed the finish line in 26:42.
Back in Perth, four Road Runners took on Kinnoull Hill to run Perth’s Toughest.
The long course consisted of two laps of the hill. Ella Webley finished in 1:09.57 and Kenneth Stewart in 1:11.47.
Claire Douglas completed the short course - one lap - in 35:44, as did Duncan Ryan, running with daughter Rose and finishing together in 38:20.
At Perth parkrun 37 green vests turned out to take on the route.
Mike McConnell led the way in 16:35 and was second finisher overall, followed by Greg Simpson in 16:40 and Kev Riddell with a personal best of 17:19.
Olivia Streatfeild-James was the first woman home with a new PB of 22:40, Sonja Crow was next in 22:48 with Catriona Liddell the third female member in 24:25.
Karen Walters, who was running her 200th parkrun, came home in 29:15.
Parkrun tourism included Aviemore, where Pete Ritchie finished the course in 26:13.
Jimmy Fotheringham and Arlene Walters made their way to St Andrews and Jimmy was the third finisher in a time of 19:20. Arlene was the third female finisher with her time of 21:37.
Crawford Watson made his way to Linwood and finished the course in 20:13. Scott Henderson competed at the Springburn edition and finished in 23:19.
At Loch Leven Paul Grace was first home in 21:07, followed by Cristian Muir, Neil Muir, Stephen Jones and Tracey Greer.
