Trialdelayed

The trial of a Perth teenager, accused of brandishing a golf club on a local housing estate, has been delayed until December 4.

Matthew Robertson (18), of Primrose Crescent, maintained his not guilty plea to the charge when he appeared at Perth Sheriff Court this week. But one of two essential civilian witnesses failed to appear and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

He also denied having an offensive weapon in his possession.

Robertson had his bail was continued meantime.
