Tayside Police are looking for informatio­n on the following crimes:

Between Friday, August 24 and Tuesday, August 28, damage was caused to an allotment and beehive at Jeanfield Road, Perth. (CR/22219/18)

Between Wednesday, September 5 and Friday, September 7, a shed was broken into at Edinburgh Road, Perth and items stolen from within. (CR/022286/18)

Windows were smashed at Robert Douglas Memorial School, Spoutswell Road, Scone between Friday, September 14 and Sunday, September 16 (CR/22482/18). Windows were also smashed at Moncrieffe Primary School, Gleneagles Road, Perth over the same weekend (CR/22645/18)

Perth and Kinross retailers are warned to be aware of a man who uses distractio­n techniques to confuse shop staff whilst asking to change denominati­ons of bank notes. During an incident in Pitlochry on Wednesday, September 12, £120 was stolen as a result of his distractio­n technique. (CR/22314/18)

A theft by housebreak­ing occurred at Aberfeldy Golf Club overnight on Friday, September 14. During the theft money and alcohol was stolen. (CR/22393/18)

Between 10am Monday, September 10 and 9am Tuesday, September 11, a fishing hut was vandalised near to the dismantled railway line just off the A924 near Coupar Angus (CR/22102/18).

A blue Citroen Berlingo motor car was vandalised whilst parked in Glenalmond Road, Rattray overnight on Monday, September 17. (CR/22653/18)

In the early hours of the morning of Wednesday, September 12, three insecure cars had items stolen from within, while parked in John Dunne Place and Preston Watson Street, Errol. Please ensure your vehicles are secured to prevent crimes of this nature occurring. (CR/22143/18)

About 3.50am on Sunday, September 16 men attended at a house in Main Street, Invergowri­e where they smashed a window and attempted to force open a door. Anyone with any informatio­n that may be useful should contact Tayside Division on 101 or any police officer, quoting the crime reference number CR/22454/18.

On Tuesday, September 11, a caravan was broken into a Tofthill, Glencarse and a mobile phone stolen. (CR/022551/18)

About 12.50am on Monday, September 17 a break-in occurred at Glendoick Garden Centre. Although nothing was stolen during the break-in, a Ford transit Tipper van was set on fire in the car park. (CR/22534/18)

Following an incident where a Perth and Kinross resident was befriended on the internet by a man claiming to be seeking a relationsh­ip, said resident was coerced into transferri­ng significan­t sums of money to an unknown recipient. Please be aware that people contacting you via the internet may not be who they say and caution should be exercised before sending any money.

A lawnmower and garden spades were stolen from a shed in Tron Square, Dunning between Saturday, September 15 and Sunday, September 16. (CR/22512/18)
