Run gets kids in Hallowe’en spirit
Last year’s Hallowe’en Howler A fun race for kids in fancy dress will help kick off Perth’s Winter Festival. The Hallowe’en Howler will take place in the city centre on Saturday, October 27.

The race is part of an evening of Hallowe’en fun organbised by Perth and Kinross Council on October 27.
The Hallowe’en parade will take place at 6pm, going from Horsecross Plaza to King Edward Street via Kinnoull Street and High Street.
The Hallowe’en Howler starts at 6.30pm from Horsecross Plaza and goes from Skinnergate to St John Street via High Street, Kirkgate, St John’s Place, Kirkside and South St John’s Place.
Bands will perform on the Horsecross Plaza Stage between 6pm and 9pm and at the same time on the King Edward Street Stage there will be music and dance from the Perth dance academies, games and competitions.
Other entertainment includes small funfair rides, the Tents of Terror, food stalls, walkabout entertainers and the Zombie Maze.
