Council recruits forsocial carejobs

Assistants are needed to join a team working to help people live in their homes for longer.

Perth and Kinross health and social care partnership has put out a plea for reablement assistants.

These assistants would visit people in their own homes and help with everyday activities such as washing, dressing and preparing food.

A spokesperson for the health and social care partnership said: “Perth and Kinross health and social care partnership is now recruiting reablement assistants, who support people by visiting them in their own home and help them with their daily activities.

The home assessment and recovery team offers a positive work rota with a blend of early, late and double shifts to give you a good work/life balance.

“Although experience in social care is desirable, it’s not essential as full training will be given.”
