A second charge alleges that the same day, at a flat in Viewfield Place, he pushed Denise Mulvihill on the body, causing her to fall, to her injury.

Rose is also alleged to have attempted to pervert the course of justice at the flat the following day - February 11 - by washing the knife said to have been used in the murder bid charge, destroying evidence and refusing to take part in a medical examination.

It is alleged that he continued to refuse to be examined, despite a warrant being issued at the Perth court that day ordering him to co-operate - and also refusing to provide his fingerprints and DNA.

A second accused, 21-yearold Kerri Ann Shaw, of Viewfield Place, Perth, appeared separately in private at the same court later the same day.

It is alleged that she and Rose resisted, obstructed or hindered 10 named police officers by refusing to allow them entry to her flat on February 10. Police on the scene on Monday morning

Shaw also faced a second charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice by re-entering her flat on February 10 and removing a watch belonging to Rose from the scene

of the alleged crime.

Shaw is said to have been subject to a November 2, 2018, bail order from the Perth court at the time.

Perth solicitor Pauline Cullerton appeared on behalf of Shaw who was freed on bail, subject to special conditions, including a ban on her approaching or contacting Mr Collins.
