A Kinross music promoter is urging music fans to book tickets to an up-and-coming band‘s November gig at the Green Hotel before they become such big names, they don’t come this way again.

Hardwicke Circus are booked to return and play at the Backstage Bar in the Green Hotel, Kinross on Friday, November 8.

But their next major performance will be a game-changer for the band. On July 12 they’ve been invited to play with two absolute greats - Bob Dylan and Neil Young - in Hyde Park, London.

Hardwicke Circus have thrilled in Kinross before and promoter David Mundell says they are going to be big, so catch them while you can for £18 a ticket.

“Their blues-rock sound brings comparisons with the brio of the E Street Band or Southside Johnny and the dark passion of classic Doors, but with plenty of British authenticity and perhaps even a hint of Dexy’s in their horn-laden attack.

“The focal point of it all is lead singer and chief songwriter Jonny Foster, who Hardwicke Circus

draws the eye as he exudes all of the ‘Brown Sugar’-era swagger of Jagger.

“But on stage and on record, there’s also an echo of the energy of such modern-day heroes as Arcade Fire.”

He explained that with a set beside Bob Dylan and Neil Young, Arcade Fire would be going places in future and that this autumn’s gig would be a treat for Kinross.

Hardwicke Circus perform at 9pm on November 8. Tickets are available from www.mundellmusic.com Band on the up
