We are very proud to be engaging more with the concept of wellbeing at work and the extended benefits this can offer to life outside of business hours.

Our partnership with Westfield Health allows our members to purchase the chamber primary health care plan for as little as £5.77 per month, where they can access advice, counselling and various other services from private health care professionals and can reclaim a portion of the costs associated with these services up to certain limits.

With a focus being placed on preventative solutions, having the plan in place can allow employers and employees some respite from the stress of dealing with absences and the costs of presenteeism.

Our partnership with Quest can provide the smaller businesses in our membership with - what is essentially - an outsourced HR department. Their support covers four main areas, namely HR, tax, health and safety, and legal, all at no extra cost to membership with the chamber.

Quest helplines can be available up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in addition to putting businesses in touch with professional advisors and support in these four areas, can be used to claim up to £1 million of legal expenses cover with no excess.

Our expanding toolkit of business support also includes our magazine,‘Business Perthshire’, which is published quarterly. Another service offered free of charge, the magazine can provide a platform to share news of successes, updates on significant work being undertaken, and introduce newly inducted businesses to our network.
