Public can have say on move of surgeries
“To ensure our patients, their families, staff and members of the public have the chance to be involved and share their views on the proposals, NHS Tayside is holding public engagement events throughout August and September.
“The ‘Transforming Tayside’ public events will include special engagement sessions as part of the three-month public shaping orthopaedic services consultation, which runs until October 31.”
The first consultation event will take place on Saturday, August 24 from 10am until 12.30pm at the North Inch Community Campus in Perth.
Other events will also be held in Dundee and Forfar, and there will be smaller community pop-up information stands as well for residents to get more information.
These pop-up information events will take place on Tuesday, September 3 from 10am until noon in the main foyer of Pitlochry Community Hospital, and from 3pm until 6pm in Crieff Community Hospital.
Staff will also be available on Monday, September 9 from 2pm until 4.30pm in the main foyer of St Margaret’s Community Hospital in Auchterarder, and on Monday, September 16 from 2pm until 4.30pm in the main foyer of Blairgowrie Community Hospital.
Finally, there will be an event on Wednesday, September 18 from 10am until noon in the main entrance reception at PRI.
