“She is very chatty usually but I know this will shock her.”

She now runs her own bakery in Dunkeld.

The Great British Bake Off starts on Tuesday, August 27 on Channel 4, featuring presenters Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig and judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.

Michael will have to tough it out against 12 other top bakers to win the coveted title.
