PKAVS CARERS RESPITE DAY SERVICES

Service open to anyone over the age of 18 that does not require complex personal care. Trained staff will carry out an assessment before the first visit. Those caring for someone under the age of 18 or with complex needs can discuss this with staff weekdays 9am-3pm at The Gateway, North Methven Street, Perth, or Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays at Rattray Community Hall. Emergency respite care available is 48 hours’ notice given, cost is £25 a day including five hours at day club, three-course lunch, organised activities and transport is limited but available. PAIN ASSOCIATIO­N SCOTLAND

Profession­ally-led monthly groups for people with all forms of chronic pain. We try to address the non-medical issues which impact on people’s lives, with the focus on self-management.
