Spark your fitness drive at popular circuits class

Currently an all-female class, spaces are available for the next block of the Saints Circuits at McDiarmid Park on Tuesday evenings from 7–8pm. With access to weights, battle ropes, steps and trampettes, coaches will work with you and keep you motivated throughout the session and tailor exercises to you.

The next block will start on October 29 for eight sessions at the cost of £32 – places must be booked. HOLIDAY GOALGETTER­S Saints in the Community would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who attended the recent October Goalgetter­s programme.

Holiday sessions will return to McDiarmid in December on the following dates: Goalgetter­s (P1 to S2) – December 23, 24 and 27 from 1 to 2.30pm. FOOTBALL MEMORIES The free Football Memories reminiscen­ce sessions have now launched in Aberfeldy. Do you know someone who would enjoy some company and the chance to remember the great generation of Scottish football? Or someone who would like to relive the memories of their younger years in a relaxed environmen­t? Get in touch for further informatio­n. WALKING FOOTBALL The rules are simple: the ball should remain on the ground, no tackles from behind and, importantl­y, no running. Sessions are every Thursday at 7.30pm at McDiarmid. No requiremen­t to book, simply turn up, register and pay £4. PRE-SCHOOL KIDZ The Mini Kidz programme has been developed for pre-school boys and girls aged three, four or five-years-old.

This programme is not only an introducti­on to football but also aims to develop basic motor and social skills. Sessions take place on Saturday from 9.30am at McDiarmid. £4 pay-as-you-go. SAINTSTEAS­ER Last week: Dave Mackay scored his first goal in a 1-1 draw against St Mirren.
