They were dueto play the winners of PenicuikAthletic and LothianThistle HutchisonVale in the Football Nation Qualifying Cup tomorrow.

Butthat game was postponed on Tuesday evening and will now be played this weekend, leaving Kinnoull withno fixture.

“It’s very frustrating because it would’ve been abig cup game,” Cameron told the PA.

“Penicuik are still in the mainScottish Cup and LothianThistle have already beatenusthis season. Butthe weather has scuppered that.

“It’s hard to get matchesand we have been trying to geta friendly arranged forthis weekendbut every amateur and junior team is playing.”

On the league front, Kinnoull have only played nine games -five less than several teams aroundthem.

“It’s going toend up being loads of midweekgames,”Cameron continued. “I’m notsure howwe’ll accommodate that with the travelling.

“I’msure some games will be able to be played. But do they sendyou down to Peebles on a midweeknight?

“Dothey send Edinburgh teams through to Perth? It’s not ideal for people who work.”

Cameron and his coaching staff have been doing their best to keep the squad ticking over.

He said:“It’s fine training and doing whatever else butthe match sharpness is totally different.

“I think we’re at our best when playing regularly and are getting games on. Butthis time of year causes everyone a bit ofgrief.

“I’msure it won’t be the first game that is called off and I imaginethere will bea good few.”

Providing asquad update, Cameron added:“We have one or two who have moved on or are aboutto.”
