Dear primary seven

Your P7 year has been a great one and I am very proud of you all.

You have focused on becoming great learners, worked well together as a team and have left a positive impact on the whole school.

You were all fantastic in your role as buddies, supporting our youngest pupils so well and leaving them with lasting memories from great role models.

I feel privileged to have been your P7 teacher. It was a year of transformations for many of you; you began to better understand what made for excellent learners and understood that effort is rewarded with personal successes and achievements. Many of you took on leadership

Dear primary seven

What a vintage P7 you were.

Of all the primary sevens I have taught (and there have been a few) you stand out in so many ways.

As a group you worked well together, always supporting each other and anyone else needing a helping hand or a kind word. Adults or children, young or old, you were there for them.

You were also able to work hard and play equally hard. Nethybridge, outdoor learning and marshmallows – your fire starting skills were legendary and very useful when we ran out of matches for birthday cakes.

In the class there are so many skills – football players, netball players, artists, robotics, bakers – I can go on and on.

You all have so much potential and can use this as you go to your next schools to carry on roles within your school houses and did great jobs.

During the last term you adapted to home learning and showed the strength of our school values – resilient, responsible, healthy, happy and achieving. You did all these admirably and continued to be great role models. These skills will stand you in good stead for the future.

I hope that you are leaving with confidence, resilience and happy memories of Auchtergaven.

Follow your dreams, always do your best, be resilient and keep smiling!

Good luck.

Mrs McNab

Auchtergaven Primary enjoying your learning and to make the most of every chance life gives you.
