Planning decisions

The following planning applications were approved by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending January 11:

Alterations and extension to dwellinghouse at 1 Fairmount Terrace, Perth for Gillian Mackie;

S42 application to delete condition 20 (installation of acoustic barrier) of permission 17/00976/IPL at Aldi Foodstore, Broich Road, Crieff for Aldi Stores Ltd;

S42 application to delete condition 14 (installation of acoustic barrier) of permission 17/01955/AML at Aldi Foodstore, Broich Road, Crieff for Aldi Stores Ltd;

Installation of two replacement air conditioning units and external lighting at 15 Bridge Street, Dunkeld for The Co-operative Group;

Change of use from agricultural land to equestrian business and erection of stores and field shelters, siting of reception/office caravan, shepherd’s hut and storage container, alterations to vehicular access, formation of outdoor riding arenas and car parking and associated works (in part retrospect) at land 200 metres south of Riverview, Keltneyburn for Robin Menzies;

Erection of a fence (in retrospect) at

Zona, Orchil Road, Auchterarder for Stuart McDowell;

Demolition of buildings at 2 Bonhard Avenue, Scone for Adam Love.

The following planning applications were refused the same week:

Change of use from public hall to office and formation of three flats at The Bruce Hall, Hall Wynd, Errol for Carse Developments Ltd;

Alterations to dwellinghouse at Sauchmore, Spittal of Glenshee for Dalmunzie Estate;

Alterations to dwellinghouse to form two dwellinghouses at Lochend Cottage, East Drive, Almondbank for Catherine Johnston.
