The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending June 7:

Change of use, alterations and extension to agricultural buildings to form dwellinghouse and outbuilding and associated works at land 30 metres north of Rossie Farmhouse, Forgandenny for Mr and Mrs Nichol;

Formation of raised terrace at 2 Lomond Bank, Glenfarg for Paddy Byrne;

Erection of replacement garage at 4 Ordie Road, Luncarty for Bryan Gellatly;

Erection of a dwellinghouse (revised design plot 1) at land 30 metres west of Darkfaulds Cottage, Blairgowrie for Kepranich;

Listed building consent for alterations at Grieves House, Keltneyburn for Mrs M Hallam;

A display of signs at pharmacy at 8-10 New Road, Milnathort for Walter Davidson and Sons Ltd.
