Create rules

The idea of a low buy challenge is that it is personal for every individual. Even if you just want to save an extra £10 every month, you can do so by creating rules.

If you plan on doing this challenge for a month or even longer, it’s important that you tell yourself what you can or can’t buy outside of your normal essentials from the very beginning.

Although it’s a challenge, don’t be too hard yourself, otherwise you’ll fail. Make sure it works around you and your life. Take into consideration how much you can realistically save and go from there.
