Forgive yourself
Kicking yourself over previous mistakes you’ve made won’t change what has already happened and will only have a negative impact on you.
It’s liberating to accept the past
– just remember that it doesn’t define your future.
Knowing that you would have done something differently is growth and it’s time to forgive yourself.
No one is perfect! If you listened to someone’s regrets about something they’ve done, you’d tell them to learn from their actions. Try applying that same kindness to yourself.
