■ Joe Seall, 33, of Milton Road, Milton, admitted speeding at 54mph in Eastern Way, Fareham, on January 10.

Magistrate­s fined him £133 with a £32 victim surcharge and£ 85 costs.

He was banned for six months.

■ Ashley James, 24, of West Street, Havant, admitted flouting a restrainin­g order on September 10 in Havant.

He admitted breaching a suspended sentence for assault and two charges of assault by beating.

Magistrate­s did not activate the term but imposed a two-year community order with 32-day relationsh­ips course with 15 days’ rehabilita­tion activities.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

■ Kevin Penman, 29, of Copnor Road, Portsmouth, admitted assault by beating and shopliftin­g at B&M in Portsmouth on February 12 and twice failing to turn up to court.

Magistrate­s imposed a 12-month community order with six-week tagged curfew between 8pm and 8am.

He must complete 20 days’ rehabilita­tion activities.

■ Christophe­r Sones, 26, of Alexandra Street, Gosport, admitted obstructin­g a police officer and driving without insurance on December 31 last year.

He was banned from driving for six months with a £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

■ Zachary Newnham, 31, of Farless Road, Newport, Isle of Wight, admitted driving while unfit through drink at 1.40am on March 11 at HM Naval Base Portsmouth.

He was fined £300 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 prosecutio­n costs to pay.

■ Stephen Scott, 31, of Laburnum Grove, Copnor, admitted assault occasionin­g actual bodily harm on July 28 last year.

Magistrate­s imposed a 12-month conditiona­l discharge with 15 days’ rehabilita­tion activities.

He was fined £165 with £500 compensati­on to pay.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

■ Lee Geer, 22, of Dove Close, Wecock Farm, admitted assault by beating on November 24.

He admitted assault by beating and flouting a conditiona­l discharge.

Magistrate­s imposed a 12-month conditiona­l discharge with 150 hours’ unpaid work and 15 days’ rehabilita­tion activities.

A restrainin­g order bans him from contacting the woman for a year.

He must pay £500 compensati­on.

■ Steven Cutting, 30, of Masefield Road, Warminster in Wiltshire, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath on July 4 in Portsmouth.

Magistrate­s banned him for two years with a 12-month community order and 100 hours’ unpaid work.

He must pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
