And the Champions League and Premier Leaguewinning manager was joined by a wave of Pompey and Spurs players, who saluted the teenager’s matchwinning header at Oxford United on Tuesday night.

White struck the only goal of the game at the Kassam Stadium, as he flung himself at Callum Johnson’s pinpoint cross and made an excellent connection to powerfully divert the ball home.

The 19-year-old spoke of his dreams coming true, as he scored his first Football League goal on his first full start in Pompey colours.

And the talent who’s on loan from the top-flight outfit for the rest of the season, saw a wave of goodwill come his way on Instagram in the

There was also plenty of flame emojis doing the rounds after a night White will always savour, with Sean Raggett, Lee Brown, Andy Cannon,
