Bitter cry baby

I’d be seriously interested to know why they feel they can behave in this manner and find out why they do and why they appear to think it’s ok…

The way the EU is behaving as regards the coronaviru­s vaccine simply underlines what a bunch of evil dictators they were all along.

It simply underlines how right we were to leave and why we won’t be the last.

All because Britain has had a successful vaccine rollout while the EU rollout has been a shambles from the start.

Not only do they try to smear our own invention but now they are now trying to block vaccines made on the continent coming to us.

Ursula von der Leyen needs to grow up and stop acting like a moaning little cry baby.

It is now possible to use addresspol­lution.org to find out the levels of pollution for any postcode.

We live some distance from the A27, in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, yet our level of pollution is at three, well over the World Health Organisati­on’s recommende­d limit for particulat­e matter or nitrogen dioxide.

One of the problems with pollution in this area comes from the Delme roundabout and Cams Hill. The school at Cams Hill is also at level 3. In the mid-1990s the entrance to the school was changed and Shearwater Avenue was built.

Before this happened the then headteache­r and her deputy spent a lot of time looking at the best way to approach this for the safety of pupils. A detailed survey was carried out and each pupil stated how they got to, or would like to get to the school. The result of this was a cycle lane from the Seagull roundabout for pupils from the Portcheste­r direction.

A new bus stop was put in just outside the school pedestrian entrance for service buses. Three dedicated school buses then brought pupils from Miller Drive and the Fareham direction, and the new entrance to the school from Shearwater Avenue had an entrance and exit for these buses, with the bus stop safely inside the school grounds.
