Now if the boot is on the other foot and a scooter rider strikes and knocks over a pedestrian and they are injured then the scooter disappears up the pathway and there is no chance of being able to identify who was the rider and even if you did manage to identify them they would no doubt only deny it anyway.

So, they do not need any insurance as they will never be sued for causing an accident.

Nobody stops scooters being used on a path or on the roads. These can suddenly appear out of nowhere, silent and fast but as a road user you must be aware of the road around you.

How out of touch with reality can they get? What century and what planet are they living in?

Their stupidity is criminal and beyond belief !
