League champions and cup winners (or both!)

Here are 12 football teams who certainly have had something to celebrate in recent weeks. They have all either won their respective league title or triumphed in a cup final – or in some cases, both! 1 – Havant & Waterloovi­lle Women have won Division 3 of the Hampshire Women’s League – only dropping two points in 16 games – and they also won the league’s Junior Cup.

2 – Emsworth Town won the Portsmouth Sunday League’s London Cup, beating Coach & Horses in the final. They also finished second in Division 3 and will be promoted.

3 – Wicor Mill have won the Portsmouth Sunday League top flight title and the league’s Buster Gordon Cup. They now take on Coach & Horses in the league’s Challenge Cup final next Sunday.

4 – Stubbingto­n won the Mid-Solent League’s Oscar Owers Cup, beating Rowner in the final.

5 – Baffins Milton Rovers lifted the Wessex League Cup after beating Petersfiel­d in the final.

6 – Meon Milton Reserves won the Mid-Solent League – two years after their first team took the same trophy. Burrfields were runners-up.

7 – Petersfiel­d Town won promotion to the Wessex League top flight via the Division

1 play-offs.

8 – Mob Albion won the Mid-Solent League’s Father Purcell Cup for the second season running, beating Burrfields 1-0 in the final.

9 – Gosport Town won the Portsmouth & District FA’s Sunday Trophy final.

10 – Baffins Milton Rovers reserves topped the Hampshire Combinatio­n

League East Division.

11 – AFC Portcheste­r women finished top of the Hampshire Women’s League Division 1. It was the club's third successive promotion.

12 – Horndean won the Wessex League Premier title for the first time in the club’s history. They face Fareham in tonight’s Portsmouth Senior Cup final at Fratton Park.
