F or a second year running, PBO will be holding a series of Ask the Experts LIVE! talks at Scotland’s Boat Show.
Taking place from 14-16 October 2016 at Kip Marina, Inverkip, the free-admission event will offer displays of new powerboats, yachts, dinghies and other craft, plus high-quality pre-owned boats for sale. PBO’s line-up of experts will include round-Britain sailor Dylan Winter who hopes to bring along his ‘clonky old bucket-shop Centaur’, and offer advice about ‘boating on a budget’ in the RYA Scotland Pavilion, where visitors can find exhibitors, refreshments and many other nautical-themed talks.

five affordable small boats, which will be displayed by the Hurley, Leisure, Moody, Hunter Impala and Westerly owners’ associations. Here, RYA Scotland will be running up to 500 on-the-water taster sessions in dinghies, yachts and powerboats. Attractions will include a daily programme of cooking demonstrations by West College in the Scottish Food & Drink Pavilion, which will also showcase artisan Scottish food and drink producers in a street market setting.
