It is just a stone’s throw from the beauty of Galloway Forest and the sandy beaches of the coast are less than an hour away. Site essentials Mossyard Caravan Park is on a working farm and has stunning views over Fleet Bay. The top field is closest to the facilities up at the farmstead, but the lower field is right on the beach – you couldn’t get closer if you tried.
Facilities include dishwashing, toilets, showers (20p for five minutes), a disabled/ family shower room, baby changing, chemical disposal point, laundry machines, an information room and a slipway for launching boats (charged for).
