Al-ko Kober injunction

Chassis company Al-ko Kober has won an injunction preventing a Youtuber from producing any more information about the company, after his videos asserted it exaggerated the effectiveness of its stabilisers.

Balvinder Singh’s videos had claimed that Al-ko Kober said its stabilisers could prevent snaking. But Mrs Justice Whipple ruled that the company had merely stated its stabilisers could help to prevent snaking. She added that Singh provided no evidence to suggest they were defective.
