This fishery and caravan park has expanded from a small, five-van CL to become the spacious, well-maintained site that you’ll find here today. This adults-only campsite has plenty of features that will make your stay peaceful and restorative, not to mention its potential for stunning sunsets. There is walking galore in the Fens, with three colour-coded walks recommended by the site that can help you make the most of this unique landscape. There’s also coarse fishing in the two lakes, known as The Pit and The Pool, and an exercise area where dogs can be let off the lead to run about. Pitches are arranged in tiers, with grass and hardstanding. Most of the pitches are fully serviced with water, electric hook-up and grey waste, and all have access to the toilet and shower blocks. Wi-fi is available and there is a small shop, which opens between April and October and also stocks fishing supplies. The original five-van CL is also still here, nestled between the two fishing lakes, with a toilet and shower, 16A hook-up, water and waste disposal. This section of the park is closed during December, January and February. It also, rather unusually, has a full-size boules court.
