Life after lockdown

I’m typing these words in late June – it was only yesterday that the UK Government announced campsites in England would be allowed to open at the start of July. To say that we at Practical Caravan HQ were happy about the news would be the understatement of the (shockingly eventful) year – just like you, we can’t wait to get back out on the road. Of course, the way we use campsites, and local pubs and restaurants, will be different for the foreseeable future. Only time will tell how long this will last. But there’s every reason – as campsites cautiously begin to open their gates once more – to look forward to getting out again in the caravan, and to begin to make plans for the coming months. I for one will never again take the opportunity to go away in the van for granted.
