PC Resto Show 2017
More than 20,000 enthusiasts are expected to flock to PC’S big bash at the Birmingham NEC
The Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show (March 31‑April 2) is just around the corner and it’s shaping up to be a whopper, with guests including Mike Brewer, Fuzz Townshend and Ant Anstead. More than 130 clubs will be bringing the most fascinating and beautiful cars at their disposal, totalling more than 700 vehicles altogether and ranging from concours to complete wreck… the latter having pride of place in our dedicated ‘Barn Find’ display.
If you’re ready to take on a new project look out for Classic Car Auctions, which will host its first auction of 2017 at the show. Around 250 classic cars will go under the hammer – mainly sub‑£50,000 – including many project cars. View the lot list at classiccarauctions.co.uk.
You’ll also be able to witness the triumphant culmination (hopefully…) of the six‑year restoration of editor Danny Hopkins’ Jensen Interceptor II. If all goes to plan, the car will be finished live on‑stage and driven for the first time in 35 years. Also reaching a running state will be our Austin A105 Westminster estate project. Later in 2017 it’ll be auctioned by Anglia Car Auctions, in aid of the Lennox Children’s Hospice. All this and loads more! For full details head to necrestorationshow.com.
You can book your tickets on the website, or by calling the booking hotline on 0844 8586758. Come join us at Birmingham’s NEC to kick off the 2017 show season with a bang.
