‘Close to perfection, it's one of the last Humbers'

1976 Humber Sceptre MKIII Nick Harrison, Banbury

-

This 40k-mile car, in Sunflower Yellow, is from the final year of Humber manufacture – and it's one of the last made. I knew the previous owner so I know it’s a car that has been looked after. Last year I took it to the Rootes Rally at Moffat in Scotland. It didn’t miss a beat – it's very comfortable. I had a Hunter GLS but this is close to perfection. I’m a trustee at the Rootes Archive Centre, so I am very involved in the car’s history.

?? ?? One well looked after Humber… … and one that really stands out.
