Swede with PC appeal

I was delighted to read your article on my old Volvo 440 (PC, Spring 2017). She looks even better now than when I owned her. Hopefully your glowing tribute and the additional praise from your colleagues, especially from Danny Hopkins, will raise the profile of this largely unloved model.

A friend in Club Triumph maintained that a Volvo 440 would never be a classic, especially one worthy of a mention in a classic car magazine. Thanks to you I can now prove him wrong! I hope you get as much enjoyment from her as I did during my ownership. D Edwards, by email
