You mentioned the issue of degrading brake flexi-hoses in the April 2017 issue. I started replacing the rubber hoses on my Morgan with braided items, but I had to push the car into service when I was halfway through. The front wheel with a braided hose would frequently lock up under heavy braking. Moral: replace hoses as a full-car set, especially if changing hose types. Charles Smith, via email
