Apply skim coats

Blow off or vacuum the panel to remove dust. Apply fine filler over minor imperfections and the bulk-filled areas. Sand back and de-dust. Now apply a 1-2mm skim of fine filler across the whole panel. Take your time to achieve a uniform skim.
