‘Meet my Male Q-van spoof’

The concours thing has never really been my scene. I’m into tinkering, rolling around in grease and generally enjoying myself. My sense of humour is backed up with a penchant for light customising and a considerable helping of imagination and mechanical aptitude has lead me to create a mail Q-van spoof that in my opinion not only looks the part but which any red-blooded postman would love to have got his hands on in the Sixties – because under the bonnet is a 4-litre Rover V8, front independent coil suspension and under the back-body is a Jaguar rear axle and brakes. It is a project that combines creativity and ingenuity. I defy you to pass it by at a show and not take another look, and then maybe another.
