Valve clearances

Remove the rocker cover. Treat it to a new gasket if the old one’s anything less that perfect. Set the valve clearances using the ‘rule of nine’: set valve 1 with 8 fully open, 2 with 7, etc. Cold inlet and exhaust valve clearances: 0.015in (0.38mm).
