Refit and bleed

1. Servo seal

If the master cylinder fits to an in-line servo, clean the mating face and fit a new rubber seal.

2. Fit cylinder

Bolt the master cylinder back in place. Refit the brake pipes and pressure switch wiring.

3. Bleed and reset shuttle

Bleed the brakes. You might need to centralise the pressure warning shuttle afterwards. Open a bleed nipple on one circuit and press the pedal gently until the light goes out. If it doesn’t go out, do the same on the other circuit. n
