Setting up

Aluminium wire is soft and can bunch up at the feed rollers. Use a Teflon liner, fit drive rollers with U-shaped grooves and minimise roller tension. Alternatively, use a spool gun that feeds wire only a short distance. Only use pure argon shielding gas.
