Instrument lighting

Instrument lighting is a particular bugbear. It shares earths with the instruments. As the whole set-up gets older and more decrepit, readings can alter noticeably when the car’s lights are turned on.

Tech Tip The same poor earth will also make the gauge lighting noticeably dim.
