All things Mercedes-benz

Marque club welcomes every model, 1886-2018!

-

The Mercedes-benz Club was formed in 1952, making it the oldest club for the marque in the world. Just as it did in 1952, it continues to cater for all models – from the 1886 Benz Patent Motorwagen to the latest AMG cars and electricpowered Smarts.

For anyone trying to find a good Mercedes, or looking after or restoring one, the club’s most important benefits are its strong team of Technical Advisers and Model Register Captains. They are backed up with free access to the Mercedes-benz Electronic Parts Catalogue to help members get the right parts for their cars.

Then there is a Resource Library on the club website that includes technical articles that have appeared in the Club Gazette. There’s an on-line forum for instant answers to queries, too.

The monthly, 92-page Gazette contains a mixture of technical, historical and event reports. Club members also receive the Club Directory that includes the Good Garage Guide of Members’ recommendations and a range of special offers, such as exclusive insurance policies and discounts on parts and servicing.

There’s the choice of 29 pub meetings to go to and well over 100 regional events across the UK and Ireland where you can share good company. Two forthcoming big events are the National Concours in June at the Mercedesbenz UK headquarters in Milton Keynes and the National Weekend – this year being held in and around Nottingham in July. For more information call 0845 6032660 or see mercedes-benz-club. co.uk. Membership costs just £35 per year by direct debit, plus a one-off £5 joining fee.
