We’ve owned our Mini for around 12 years, and had an accident following total brake failure a few years ago. The crash damaged the front of the car but it became apparent that the floors needed attention too, and the repair soon spiralled into a total restoration. It is been totally rebuilt and resprayed, with the project managed by another member of the Torbay Old Wheels Club, which we founded. We were scooterists in the 1960s and always found that other scooter riders waved at you. It's the same with the Mini!
