The Wolseley Register
Shining a light for Wolseley fanciers across the UK and beyond!
This year, the largest all-model club for enthusiasts of Wolseley cars is 60 years young.
Run by volunteers, the Wolseley Register is a friendly Uk-based club, which aims to put a little light in the life of members in more ways than one! The famous Wolseley ‘light up’ badge is well known, but perhaps less well known is the Register’s extensive stock of spares to help keep cherished classics on the road, or its website that's full of information for members – everything from what is happening in their local area to a library that enables members to read original factory-issued manuals, and a lot more besides.
As a not-forprofit organisation the club organises rallies, tours and events for members; and in this extraspecial year those members will certainly be out and about in their Wolseleys at lots of special events.
Everyone welcome
The club’s National Rally (August 16-19) will be held this year at the Shuttleworth Collection in Bedfordshire. In one of the six hangars containing aero and vehicle exhibits is the 1912 Wolseley 24/30 limousine that has been owned by the Shuttleworth family from new. As well as the static rally there are several optional activities over the weekend; and this year the Register will be joined by the 6/80
& MO, Oxford & Cowley Club, giving visitors the chance to compare Fifties Wolseleys with other marques from the same era.
For enquiries on membership and the rally, contact the club via the website (wolseleyregister. co.uk) or via the Facebook page (facebook.com/ Wolseleyregister).
