SECURING YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE

TWO GROUNDBREAKING NEW LAWS HAVE MADE SECURING YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE EASIER THAN YOU THINK

-

With marriage now legal for the gay community, and new April pension laws allowing you to invest your own pension pot, more money will be available to invest and secure your financial future. But where do you invest for the best return for the lowest risk?

Rob Moore (robmoore.com), co-founder of Progressive Property, believes property is the way to go. With a strong growing UK property market, low interest rates and access to pension money and competitive lending, property is easier than ever.

Rob Moore co-founded Progressive Property, the UK’s leading property education company, in 2007, literally from his kitchen table and with over £50,000 in credit card debt. Now he is a world record property keynote speaker and multimillionaire property investor with over 500 properties in a partnership, and has educated over 250,000 people to take control of their financial future, just as he did. And Rob believes you can too.

Rob is often asked how he went from debt to multi-millionaire, and he says: “The key is proper financial and property education. Not via the standard IFA route, but through the self-educated, entrepreneurial route. If you learn the basics, you can build and control your own portfolio and financial future with lower risk and more control.»

It is Rob’s mission to help the world invest for freedom, choice and profit, and that’s exactly what recently-engaged couple Tasha Darrington and Karen Whatley have achieved through Progressive Property and Rob’s training:

Tasha and Karen started their property journey in 2006 alongside their full time jobs, and, after five years of hands-on working at their own building sites every evening and weekend, decided to get educated.

“Buying and selling property was, and still is, a great cash strategy, but we knew we should also be buying some assets to keep. We just didn’t know what to buy for the best rental returns. We researched all of the leading UK property trainers and chose Progressive Property because they were the best fit for us. Four years on, we›ve bought over 30 properties which has released us both from our previous day jobs and given us complete control of our future. We’ve made over £300,000 flipping properties and have a net passive income of over £5,000 a month as a couple.”

Eighteen months ago, Steeve Lamontagne left a high-flying career in healthcare communications to become a full-time entrepreneur and property investor.

“Investing in my property education was probably the best investment ever. Over the past 18 months I was able to implement the strategies I learned which not only paid for my education, but also allowed me to become financially independent and start my own e-commerce business. I was able to buy, refurbish and sell properties using strategies that I didn’t even know existed before doing the training.” Steeve also added: “I am also currently working on developing a specific property service for the gay community so watch this space!”

Rob believes property is not a “get rich quick” scheme, and proper education is key. He warns: “With more money as couples and selfinvesting pensions, more money will hit the property market. This will mean two things: property-savvy people will make great returns and build cash-flowing portfolios with that money, and uneducated investors could make some big mistakes.”

But with interest rates low you can borrow to invest in property at very cheap rates, making cashflow relatively high. Lending is getting more competitive and so low cost mortgages and appreciating property values are becoming the norm.

“If you don’t risk anything, you risk everything.” says Rob Moore
