Taking the main stage will be Tina Cousins, Nina, La Voix and the Va Va Voom Boys, while if cabaret is more your thing then the likes of Sandra, Son Ofa Tutu and Miss Penny will be providing the entertainment. There’s loads of fun too in the family area with kite-making classes, bouncy castles, magicians, face painters and even giant toys. The mardigras style parade will make its way through the town centre before thousands of party people enjoy the star studded line-up on the main stage through to the chilled out gardens with an allstar DJ line-up combined with celebrity appearances in the lounge bars, lasting well into the night. Kicking off with a big screen showing of The Sound of Music, Bourne Free is one of the premier Pride events on the South Coast and regularly delivers some top-class fun and entertainment for all the family over three proud days of partying and politics. In the Triangle, Bournemouth’s gay village, big names will be performing on stage, family friendly movies will be playing on gigantic television screens and comedians and cabaret performers will be cracking the jokes. Alternatively just kick back and relax in the sun at the Bandstand in Lower Gardens, and enjoy some all-day entertainment. Acts confirmed so far include Brandon Block, Big Broxvaz v Booty Love, 2SHoes From the X Factor, Michael James and Dave Lynn. Friday’s entertainment and the Bandstand are free, but you’ll need to buy a wristband for the entertainment in the Triangle gay village on Saturday.
