Approximately 190cm long by 24cm wide.

MATERIALS

Eight 50g balls of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran in Stone 27.

Pair each of 4.5mm and 5mm knitting needles.

Cable needle.

TENSION

18 sts and 24 rows to 10cm over st-st using 5mm needles.

ABBREVIATIONS

C5BP slip next 2 sts onto cable needle and hold at back of work, k3, then p2 from cable needle; C5FP slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and hold to front of work, p2, then k3 from cable needle;

C6B slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and hold at back of work, k3, then k3 from cable needle; C6F slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and hold to front of work, k3, then k3 from cable needle;

cm centimetres; k knit; m1 make 1 st by picking up and working into back of loop lying between st just worked and next st; p purl; patt pattern; rep repeat;

NOTES

When joining in a new ball of yarn, join at the inside edge of the moss st edging.

In case you want to alter the length of the scarf, one 50g ball will make approximately 24cm.
