Veron­ica’s Flap­jack*

Prima (UK) - - Magical Memories -

• ½lb mar­garine (but I al­ways use but­ter!)

• 2oz sugar

• 2tbsp golden syrup

• 10oz Quaker Oats

Melt the marge/but­ter with the sugar and syrup. Stir in the oats. Press into a tin and cook for 30 min­utes at 170 de­grees.

Cool be­fore slic­ing. PS I mix in ex­tras such as pumpkin seeds, dried apri­cots and chunks of stem gin­ger.
