DEAR PRIMA…
What a joy The Special Moments That Shaped
My Life with Nadiya Hussain was in your November issue. The article got me thinking about the moments of kindness in my own life. There have been plenty of times when both friends and strangers have been good to me and, thanks to
Prima, I’m now going to dedicate more time to making a conscious effort to spread kindness to others, too.

SECRETS OF SLEEP
Your article Yes, You Can Sleep
Better! (November) came at the perfect time for me as I haven’t had a good night’s sleep for months! I look forward to trying all the tips you shared.

SUCH A GOOD READ
When I visited my sister for the first time since lockdown began, I was delighted to see she’d saved her back copies of Prima. I so enjoyed spending my afternoons delving into the pages of what’s become my favourite magazine, with so many interesting features in every issue. Jan Baker
PAINTING THROUGH LIFE
I’ve always enjoyed watercolour painting as a hobby and, after spending a lot more time at home, I decided to paint some of the beautiful flowers we had in our garden earlier this year. These are some of my efforts!

NEVER TOO OLD
I’ve been thoroughly enjoying each My Midlife Challenge you’ve featured – especially the most recent with Clare Parker, who did the Couch to 5K running plan at the age of 58 (November). I thought I was too old to start running, but I am the same age as Clare, so now I feel totally inspired to give it a go. Wish me luck! Kerry Jones
COMFORT CAKE
My husband Pete is recuperating from a knee replacement operation, and while browsing through my copy of Prima, he spotted your carrot cake recipe and decided to bake it. Here is the result. It tastes delicious – one of the best carrot cakes we’ve ever eaten. Requests are now being received from family and friends to bake cakes for them!
