ANATHEMA'S CARDOSO CHANGES DIRECTION

Daniel Cardoso of Anathema has formed Northern South, a duo with Norwegian singer Petter Carlsen. Their debut single, Make It Last, comes ahead of an EP that's currently

in production. “Anathema runs a very tight ship when it comes to writing music and there’s simply no space for an outsider,” Cardoso

says of his new venture, adding that he's had “enormous

admiration” for Carlsen since they toured together.
