GTR sends four ‘317/1s’ off-lease

Four Class 317/1s have been withdrawn by Govia Thameslink Railway and sent off-lease.

The four-car electric multiple units (317345-317348) will be followed by 317337-317344. All are destined for Greater Anglia from May. They have been replaced on GTR’s Great Northern routes by Class 387/1s cascaded from Thameslink.
