■ Brighton Main Line upgrade to run all trains as 12-cars - including two extra platforms at East Croydon, remodelling of junctions at East Croydon, and an extra platform at Norwood Junction.
■ Create Metro railway with simpler service patterns and high-capacity trains, including interchange at Streatham.
Orbital routes
■ Barking Riverside.
■ Higher capacity on North London Line.
■ Upgrade East London Line to 24 trains per hour.
■ Run eight-car Southern trains to Shepherd’s Bush
Great Northern
■ Improve signalling to run more trains into Moorgate.

■ More frequent and longer trains, including an extra 2tph in peaks between Cheshunt and Seven Sisters.
